Ingredients

  • For filling:
  • 2 - Chicken breast (cut lengthwise)
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 each - capsicum, red and green
  • 1 pod - Garlic
  • 2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 - crushed chilli
  • 4-5 - black peppercorns, crushed
  • For Garlic paste:
  • 4 pods - Garlic
  • 1 - Egg white
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • How to Make Chicken fajita:

    1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, saute chicken.
    2. When it is half done, add soya sauce and salt and fry till done.
    3. In same pan add oil and saute onion and capsicum on a high flame. The vegetables should be crisp.
    4. Add chilli, pepper, salt and chicken.
    5. Add 1/2 tsp sugar to balance the taste. Mix well.
    6. For fajita:
    7. Use normal chapatti. Take a chapatti, spread garlic paste, mayo or tomato sauce. Arrange the filling and roll. For garlic paste:
    8. In a food processor, blend garlic with salt.
    9. Add lemon juice, oil and egg white. Blend till you reach a mayo consistency.
