Ingredients

  • 4 - Chicken breasts
  • 2 - Garlic bulbs, crushed
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1 tsp - hot sauce
  • 1/2 - Maggie stock cube, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • Little - breadcrumbs
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 4 tbsp - oil

How to Make Chicken Fillet

  • Clean the chicken breast. Add the crushed garlic, corn flour, hot sauce, crushed Maggie and pepper to it.
  • Keep it marinated in a bowl, for 10 minutes.
  • Then take the chicken breasts one at a time and dip them in the beaten egg.
  • Roll them in the breadcrumbs and deep fry in the oil for 10 minutes.
  • Can be served with rice or had with bread.
