Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 5 tbsp - Coconut, desiccated
  • 10 - Medium, Chillies Red Dry
  • 200 g - Onion
  • 1 tsp - Jeera/Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 inch - Turmeric
  • 1 Ball - Tamarind
  • 8 - Pepper Corns
  • 8 - Cloves
  • 2 Sticks - Cinnamon
  • 4 - Cardamoms
  • 1 tbsp - Rice, raw
  • 2 spoons - Salt
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 2 - Onions.
  • How to Make Chicken Gravy in a hurry:

    1. Cut and wash the chicken.
    2. Then, grind all the masala with the tamarind.
    3. Marinate the chicken pieces in ginger-garlic paste for half an hour.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and roast the sliced onions until brown.
    5. Now, add the marinated chicken pieces and fry.
    6. Then, add the ground masala and fry well.
    7. Add water and simmer until dry.
