Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 5 tbsp - Coconut, desiccated
  • 10 - Medium, Chillies Red Dry
  • 200 g - Onion
  • 1 tsp - Jeera/Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 inch - Turmeric
  • 1 Ball - Tamarind
  • 8 - Pepper Corns
  • 8 - Cloves
  • 2 Sticks - Cinnamon
  • 4 - Cardamoms
  • 1 tbsp - Rice, raw
  • 2 spoons - Salt
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 2 - Onions.

How to Make Chicken Gravy in a hurry

  • Cut and wash the chicken.
  • Then, grind all the masala with the tamarind.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces in ginger-garlic paste for half an hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and roast the sliced onions until brown.
  • Now, add the marinated chicken pieces and fry.
  • Then, add the ground masala and fry well.
