Ingredients

  • 1 - chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - Dhania powder
  • 2 cups - yogurt
  • 5-6 - Cardamom
  • 4-5 - Cloves
  • 1/2 - Cinnamon stick (grounded into a mixture)
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 - onion, cut into small pieces
  • salt to taste

How to Make Chicken Gravy in Yoghurt

  • Fry onions in a pan with 6 tsp of oil.
  • When the onions turn golden brown, add ginger-garlic paste to it.
  • Once the onions and paste blend together, add chilli powder, salt, grounded masala mixture, yogurt, soya sauce, chilli sauce and allow it to simmer.
  • Then add chicken.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, add dhania powder just before removing it from the stove.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
