Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken
  • 2 - cloves
  • 1 - cardamom
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Grind to a paste: 2-3 tbsp - curd
  • 2 tsp - coriander leaves
  • 2 - medium-sized onions
  • 1 - egg (optional)
  • 3 - tomatoes
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - chicken masala
  • salt to taste

How to Make Chicken Gravy with Egg

  • Mix all the ingredients listed for grinding and prepare a paste.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai, add the cloves and cardamom. Saute well.
  • Add the paste. Cook until the raw smell disappears and the oil floats on the top.
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook until done.
