How to Make Chicken in Coconut Gravy

  • Clean and the cut chicken into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai. Saute the onions.
  • Add the tomatoes and saute well.
  • Add the chicken and salt.
  • Add the chicken masala, saute well and pour the coconut milk.
  • Allow it to boil so that the gravy thickens.
  • Serve with hot rice.
