How to Make Chicken in Tomato-Onion Gravy

  • Pour some oil in a pan.
  • Add garam masala when the oil heats up.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste.
  • Add the onions and green chillies and fry until golden brown.
  • Add the chicken, jeera, red chilli powder, turmeric, dhania powder or any brand of chicken masala available in the market. Fry to light brown.
  • Add water and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes.
  • Now add the chopped tomatoes and curd. Stir well and add salt.
  • Cook until the chicken is done.
