Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken - 500g
  • Green chilli sauce -3 tbsp
  • Garlic - 6 cloves, chopped
  • Coriander powder - 3 tbsp
  • Jeera powder - 2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala: 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 bunch

How to Make Chicken Jhatpat

  • Mix all the ingredients well together and cook in a microwave for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
