Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken - 500 g, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • Curd - 50 g (without water)
  • Onion paste - 1 tbsp
  • Fried Onion paste - 2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala powder - 2 tsp
  • Coconut paste - 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Oil - to fry
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Chicken Kabab:

    1. Mix all the ingredients, except salt and oil, and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
    2. Add salt and oil.
    3. Put on seekh ( skewers ) and grill it, till it turns golden red.
    4. Sprinkle some chaat masala.
    5. Serve with onion rings, lemon pieces and sauce.
