Ingredients

  • 1 lb - ground Chicken
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 - crushed Green chilli
  • Shan sheekh kebab masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Chicken Kebabs

  • Combine all of the above ingredients.
  • Form into sausage shaped kebabs and broil them in a preheated oven on a greased grill pan for approximately 5 minutes until lightly golden brown.
  • Garnish with onions, coriander, lime and chaat masala before serving.
