Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - boneless Chicken
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • A pinch of food colour
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Few drops of Vinegar
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • How to Make Chicken Kebabs with Vinegar:

    1. Clean the chicken and add all ingredients to it.
    2. Keep it in the fridge for a few minutes.
    3. Deep fry the pieces and serve hot.
    4. Can be served with rice or biryani.
