  • 120 g - Chicken mince
  • 4 cloves, Garlic chopped
  • 1 - green chilli, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 10 cubes - 1/2 inch size - Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 - beaten Egg
  • 1/4 cup - breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Chicken Kiev Balls:

    1. Grind the garlic and chilli to a fine paste.
    2. Mix this with the mince along with salt, chopped coriander leaves and corn flour.
    3. Keep a bowl of water by your side.
    4. Wet your palms and fingertips with water.
    5. Take a small ball of the meat mixture and flatten on your palm.
    6. Place a cheese cube and cover with the meat mixture.
    7. Roll into a ball.
    8. Dip the ball in the beaten egg and roll on the breadcrumbs till well coated.
    9. Heat oil in a pan on medium-low flame.
    10. When hot, drop the balls, one at a time and fry till they turn golden brown on all sides.
    11. Drain onto an absorbent paper.
    12. Serve hot.
