  • 1.5 kg - chicken, washed and cut in small pieces
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 6 flakes- garlic, minced
  • 6 - medium, Green chillies
  • 1 inch - ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 3 - Onions
  • 1 tsp - garam-masala
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 - coconut, scraped.

How to Make Chicken "Kori Kachpu"

  • Marinate the chicken in the ginger garlic paste, and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Then heat oil in a dekchi and saute the onions until brown. Then add the minced masalas and fry for 3-4 mins.
  • Now add the chicken and garam masala with a little hot water. Cook until the masala is fully fried and dries up.
  • Now add the vinegar and salt to taste. Then add the scraped coconut and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
