Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg - chicken, washed and cut in small pieces
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 6 flakes- garlic, minced
  • 6 - medium, Green chillies
  • 1 inch - ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 3 - Onions
  • 1 tsp - garam-masala
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 - coconut, scraped.
  • How to Make Chicken "Kori Kachpu":

    1. Marinate the chicken in the ginger garlic paste, and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
    2. Then heat oil in a dekchi and saute the onions until brown. Then add the minced masalas and fry for 3-4 mins.
    3. Now add the chicken and garam masala with a little hot water. Cook until the masala is fully fried and dries up.
    4. Now add the vinegar and salt to taste. Then add the scraped coconut and mix well.
    5. Serve hot.
