Ingredients

  • 1 kg - boneless Chicken
  • 1/2 kg - fried Onion
  • 200 g - Watermelon kernels
  • 250 g - Curd
  • 1/2 kg - Milk
  • 200 g - oil
  • 2 tsp - Ginger - Garlic paste
  • 250 g - Tomato puree
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • 25 g - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - kasoori Methi
  • How to Make Chicken Korma with Watermelon kernels:

    1. Heat oil in a degchi and add sabut garam masala.
    2. Mix curd, watermelon kernels and milk, and whip.
    3. Transfer ginger-garlic paste and this mixture to the degchi.
    4. Cook well and add the remaining spices along with the onions.
    5. Add 1/2 kg of water and then the boneless chicken.
    6. Cook for 10 mins and add garam masala.
