How to Make Chicken Korma with Watermelon kernels

  • Heat oil in a degchi and add sabut garam masala.
  • Mix curd, watermelon kernels and milk, and whip.
  • Transfer ginger-garlic paste and this mixture to the degchi.
  • Cook well and add the remaining spices along with the onions.
  • Add 1/2 kg of water and then the boneless chicken.
  • Cook for 10 mins and add garam masala.
