  • 1 kg - Skinless chicken
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 cup - Ghee
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 5 - small cardamom
  • 1/4 kg - Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup - Yogurt
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp - Red chilli
  • 1 tsp -Coriander powder

How to Make Chicken Kurma

  • Fry the onion in oil till brown, take out and let it dry on a kitchen towel.
  • Fry cardamom, garlic, chicken and salt in the ghee left after taking out the onion.
  • Grind the browned onion in a grinder.
  • Mix red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, yogurt and the ground onion. Add to the chicken in the pan.
  • Put 1/2 cup water and let it simmer until meat is as soft as desired. It's ready when the oil separates.
