Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger- Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 - Lemons
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - cashew paste
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • How to Make Chicken lemon fry:

    1. Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces, add little salt and steam in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
    2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, fry the green chillies and onions till onions turn golden brown.
    3. Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and stir.
    4. Add the chicken pieces and mix well so that the mixture coats the chicken pieces.
    5. Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
