Ingredients

  • 4 - Chicken breast fillets
  • 1 - Egg
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 inch - Ginger
  • 3 pods - Garlic
  • A pinch - chilli powder
  • 2 - Spring onions
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Chicken stock
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tsp- Corn flour
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Chicken Manchurian with egg:

    1. Cut the chicken fillets into small cubes. Add egg, salt, a pinch of chilli powder, pepper powder and cornflour.
    2. Mix well and deep fry and keep aside.
    3. In a wok, pour 1 tbsp oil, add the cut pieces of ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry a little.
    4. Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Add 2 tbsp of soya sauce, a little vinegar, sugar, water or chicken stock.
    5. Mix 2 tbsp of cornflour in water and pour it over the chicken mixture.
    6. Finally, add the cut spring onions.
