How to Make Chicken Manpasand

  • Marination for 1 hr: chicken, ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tomato-soya-chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar, pinch of salt and ajinamoto.
  • Heat oil in wok. Saute the onion then add rest of the ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 min. Add capsicum and fry.
  • Add the marinated chicken into it and fry it on a low flame for 5 min. Add salt to taste and ajinamoto.
  • Cover and cook on a low flame till the chicken is cooked. Fry it for another 5 min and serve with pulao / fried rice / nan/roti.
