Ingredients

  • Chicken-1 kg
  • Onion sliced-2 big size
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum sliced - 2 medium size
  • Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ajinamoto -1/2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • How to Make Chicken Manpasand:

    1. Marination for 1 hr: chicken, ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tomato-soya-chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar, pinch of salt and ajinamoto.
    2. Heat oil in wok. Saute the onion then add rest of the ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 min. Add capsicum and fry.
    3. Add the marinated chicken into it and fry it on a low flame for 5 min. Add salt to taste and ajinamoto.
    4. Cover and cook on a low flame till the chicken is cooked. Fry it for another 5 min and serve with pulao / fried rice / nan/roti.
