Ingredients

  • 300 g - boneless chicken (cut into 1.5 inch cubes)
  • 2 eggs whites
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1.5 tsp - red chilli powder
  • haldi - a pinch
  • 2 tsp - very finely chopped, coriander
  • salt
  • a pinch - garam masala
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Chicken Marbles

  • Marinate chicken with 1/2 tsp salt, haldi, garam masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Keep for 1/2 hr
  • Cook the chicken pieces with minimum amount of water (so that by the time the chicken is cooked there will not be any moisture left)
  • Keep aside.
  • Beat egg whites and add remaining red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, a pinch of salt and chopped coriander leaves and keep aside.
  • Heat oil, add chicken pieces and stir fry for 2 to 3 min
  • Remove from fire.
  • Pour the egg mix on the chicken pieces, quickly stir and keep the kadai again on fire
  • Stir continuously for 2 to 3 min so that the chicken pieces will have nice coating of the egg mix.
  • Serve as starter or snack
