Marinate chicken with 1/2 tsp salt, haldi, garam masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Keep for 1/2 hr
Cook the chicken pieces with minimum amount of water (so that by the time the chicken is cooked there will not be any moisture left)
Beat egg whites and add remaining red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, a pinch of salt and chopped coriander leaves and keep aside.
Heat oil, add chicken pieces and stir fry for 2 to 3 min
Remove from fire.
Pour the egg mix on the chicken pieces, quickly stir and keep the kadai again on fire
Stir continuously for 2 to 3 min so that the chicken pieces will have nice coating of the egg mix.
Serve as starter or snack
