Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 100 g - small onion
  • 10 flakes garlic
  • 50 g - garlic
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

How to Make Chicken Masala Fry

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add grated small onion and green chilli; fry till golden in colour.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and fry till it is brown in colour.
  • Add chicken and fry till it loses all the moisture
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and sprinkle some water and cook for 15 mins
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
