How to Make Chicken Masala with tomatoes

  • Cut chicken in small pieces. Add lemon juice and salt and keep aside for 10 mins.
  • In the meantime, fry onions, add ginger, garlic paste in a pressure cooker.
  • Then add green chillies and fry till brown.
  • Add tomatoes and fry.
  • Mix together the coriander, cumin, chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala in water.
  • Add chicken to the frying onions and keep on frying till brown.
  • Add yogurt and almond powder to the masala and fry.
  • Add salt to taste and 1 cup water. Cook for 6 mins.
  • Serve.
