  • 1/2 Kg- Chicken (medium chops)
  • 3 Onions, chopped finely
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 cup- Curd
  • 3 tbsp- Cashewnuts
  • 2 tbsp- Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp- Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp- chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp- Garam Masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil
  • How to Make Chicken Mughlai:

    1. Heat oil and fry the onions till light brown add ginger garlic paste, chicken chops and saute.
    2. Liquidise the tomatoes, curd, cashews and all the dry masalas in a mixer to a fine paste. Add this paste to the chicken and saute it till it completely dries and the oil floats on the top.
    3. Add salt. Add 1/2 cup warm water and let it cook till done.
    4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
