How to Make Chicken Mushroom Chow Mein

  • Boil noodles in water. Drain and keep aside.
  • Marinate the chicken with the seasoning. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Saute chicken pieces till brown.
  • Add onion, spring onion, and mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes more.
  • Add peas, celery and capsicum. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add noodles and sugar. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
