Ingredients

  • 400 g - Chicken
  • 250 g - Mushroom
  • 6 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 - red onions, chopped
  • Spring onions - 2 cut into elongated pieces
  • 6 big pieces - jalapeno, chopped
  • 2 big pieces - capsicum, chopped
  • 4 tbsp - dark soya sauce
  • 2-3 tsp - Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 3 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 pinch - ajinomoto

How to Make Chicken mushroom saute

  • Marinate the chicken with the soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, garlic paste and ginger paste.
  • Keep aside for about 20 minutes.
  • In the meanwhile boil the button mushrooms in a pan until soft.
  • Then drain the water.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, tomatoes, garlic cloves and capsicums until the vegetables soften.
  • Add the marinated chicken to it and cook until the chicken is tender.
  • Now add the ajinomoto.
  • Add the par boiled mushrooms to the cooked chicken and mix well.
  • Now add the jalapeno and the tomato, soya and chilli sauce to it.
  • Cook until the entire mixture becomes reddish brown.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
  • Serve hot.
