Ingredients

  • 400 g - Chicken
  • 250 g - Mushroom
  • 6 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 - red onions, chopped
  • Spring onions - 2 cut into elongated pieces
  • 6 big pieces - jalapeno, chopped
  • 2 big pieces - capsicum, chopped
  • 4 tbsp - dark soya sauce
  • 2-3 tsp - Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 3 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 pinch - ajinomoto
  • How to Make Chicken mushroom saute:

    1. Marinate the chicken with the soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, garlic paste and ginger paste.
    2. Keep aside for about 20 minutes.
    3. In the meanwhile boil the button mushrooms in a pan until soft.
    4. Then drain the water.
    5. Now heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, tomatoes, garlic cloves and capsicums until the vegetables soften.
    6. Add the marinated chicken to it and cook until the chicken is tender.
    7. Now add the ajinomoto.
    8. Add the par boiled mushrooms to the cooked chicken and mix well.
    9. Now add the jalapeno and the tomato, soya and chilli sauce to it.
    10. Cook until the entire mixture becomes reddish brown.
    11. Garnish with spring onions.
    12. Serve hot.
