  • 3 - Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1/2 - Onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 - Tomato (chopped)
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder.
  • Fresh Coriander leaves
  • How to Make Chicken Omelette:

    1. Wash the drumsticks in hot water. Cut the flesh from the bone and cut into small pieces. Boil it until tender.
    2. Pour 2 tbsp ghee in a hot frying pan. Add the boiled pieces of chicken. Keep it on low flame.
    3. Add cumin powder, chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder. Saute and then keep aside.
    4. Mix the eggs, tomato, onion, green chilli and salt finely.
    5. Pour the mixture on hot ghee. It should be a perfect circle. Keep it on low flame for a few minutes.
    6. Add the fried chicken at the middle of the mixture from top to bottom.
    7. Fold it like dosa. Fry both sides making sure that the whole thing remains intact. Finally decorate with fresh coriander leaves before serve.
