How to Make Chicken Omelette

  • Wash the drumsticks in hot water. Cut the flesh from the bone and cut into small pieces. Boil it until tender.
  • Pour 2 tbsp ghee in a hot frying pan. Add the boiled pieces of chicken. Keep it on low flame.
  • Add cumin powder, chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder. Saute and then keep aside.
  • Mix the eggs, tomato, onion, green chilli and salt finely.
  • Pour the mixture on hot ghee. It should be a perfect circle. Keep it on low flame for a few minutes.
  • Add the fried chicken at the middle of the mixture from top to bottom.
  • Fold it like dosa. Fry both sides making sure that the whole thing remains intact. Finally decorate with fresh coriander leaves before serve.
