Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken (without skin and bones)
  • 100 g - Corn flour
  • 100 g - custard powder
  • salt
  • chilli powder (to taste)
  • Clove powder (to taste)
  • elaichi powder (to taste)
  • oil

How to Make Chicken Pakoda

  • Make a semi-liquid paste of corn flour and custard powder by adding water.
  • Add salt, chilli powder, elaichi powder and clove powder.
  • Mix chicken pieces with the semi-liquid paste, marinate for 30 minutes, then fry for 20 minutes till cooked.
