Ingredients

  • 2 - chicken breasts
  • 1 - potato
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 1 cup - corn starch
  • 1 can - mushrooms
  • pie crust
  • 3 tbsp - Better than Bouillon
  • 1 can - mixed vegetables
  • 1 - carrot

How to Make Chicken Pot Pie

  • Cook the chicken breasts and pull apart.
  • Mix 4 cups of water with 3 tbsp of Better than Bouillon.
  • Put the chicken in the broth and add the cubed potato, cubed carrot and 1/2 tsp of seasoned pepper.
  • Cook until the vegetables are soft.
  • Add 1 can of mixed vegetables and 1 small can of mushrooms.
  • Thicken with 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of corn starch.
  • Line the bottom of a 10-inch pie pan with pie crust and pour your chicken mixture.
  • Add a crust on top and crimp the edges.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
