Ingredients

  • 2 - Chicken breasts
  • 1 - Potato
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 1 cup - Corn starch
  • 1 can - Mushrooms
  • pie crust
  • 3 tbsp - Better than Bouillon
  • 1 can - mixed vegetables
  • 1 - Carrot
  • How to Make Chicken Pot Pie:

    1. Cook the chicken breasts and pull apart.
    2. Mix 4 cups of water with 3 tbsp of Better than Bouillon.
    3. Put the chicken in the broth and add the cubed potato, cubed carrot and 1/2 tsp of seasoned pepper.
    4. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
    5. Add 1 can of mixed vegetables and 1 small can of mushrooms.
    6. Thicken with 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of corn starch.
    7. Line the bottom of a 10-inch pie pan with pie crust and pour your chicken mixture.
    8. Add a crust on top and crimp the edges.
    9. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
