Ingredients

  • Chicken - 500g
  • 1 medium spoon - any Chicken masala
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Haldi powder (or as required)
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt - to taste
  • 4 tbsp - oil

How to Make Chicken Roast with Onion Rings

  • Wash chicken thoroughly with water. Now drain the water completely from the chicken pieces.
  • Apply all the masala ingredients into the chicken properly.
  • Now marinate this for one hour.
  • Heat a nonstick kadai with required oil and put the chicken pieces.
  • Add a little water and cover the kadai for the chicken to cook.
  • This can be eaten with fried rice along with onion rings and lemon.
