  • Boneless Chicken cut in 3x1 inch strips - 400g
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder -1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs - enough to cover the Chicken
  • Oil - for frying

How to Make Chicken Snack

  • Wash and drain the chicken.
  • Marinate the chicken fingers with all the spices for an hour. Roll them in bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry few fingers at a time till they turn golden.
  • Drain excess oil on tissue paper.
  • Serve with French fries and ketchup.
