Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken - 500 g
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 2 tsp
  • Onion paste - 2 tsp
  • Garlic Ginger paste - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 500 g
  • How to Make Chicken-soy pakoda:

    1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
    2. Deep fry it afterwards, and serve it hot with any spicy achar or veg salad.
