  • 1 pkt - Samosa covers (standard pack of 25)
  • 150 gms - boneless Chicken
  • 2 - medium-sized onions, chopped
  • 1 - medium-sized capsicum, chopped
  • 2 - medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 - Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp - white flour
  • 1 tbsp - water
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Chicken Spring Rolls:

    1. Pressure cook the boneless chicken for 10 mins. Remove and press by hand to mash.
    2. Heat oil in a frying pan and put in the capsicum, tomatoes and onions.
    3. Add the crushed garlic and salt.
    4. Saute till vegetables are soft and then remove and allow to cool.
    5. Prepare a paste with white flour and water (as a natural gum for sealing in the stuffing). Take each samosa leaf and place it on a floured surface.
    6. Place a dollop of the chicken stuffing lengthwise along the centre.
    7. Fold over and seal with the flour paste. Set aside for 15 mins for the flour paste to dry.
    8. Deep fry the spring rolls for 3-4 mins till crisp and brown.
    9. Serve it with hot chili sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
