  • Chicken - 1kg
  • Onions - 5, big
  • Potatoes - 2, medium
  • Tomato - 1
  • Green chillies - 10
  • Coconut milk - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger- a little
  • Garlic- a little
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp

How to Make Chicken Stew in Coconut Milk

  • Clean and chop the vegetables.
  • Put oil in a pan.
  • Fry onions, green chilli, ginger, and garlic.
  • Then add tomato, chicken, and turmeric powder. Then fry well for 5 minutes.
  • Then put chopped potato and fry for 3 minutes. Add water and salt.
  • After these ingredients are cooked well, mix coconut milk.
  • Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes and then it is ready.
