Ingredients

  • 24 - corn tortillas or tacos
  • 2 cups - cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups - chopped lettuce
  • 2 cups - chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup - chopped onions
  • 1.5 cup - grated cheddar cheese
  • For guacamole:
  • 1 - avocado
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic powder
  • 1 tsp - Tabasco sauce

How to Make Chicken Tacos

  • Warm tortillas in the microwave.
  • In a bowl make guacamole.
  • Mash the avocado. Add garlic powder and Tabasco sauce to taste.
  • Place tortillas in a plate.
  • Put chicken, tomatoes, onion and lettuce.
  • Put the guacamole and finally garnish with cheese.
  • Serve with rice.
