  • 6 swirls - tagliatelle
  • 1/2 cup - Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 - green pepper
  • 1/2 - Leeks
  • 1 tbsp - Milk
  • 2 tsp - flour
  • 100 g - boneless Chicken
  • 1 tsp - black pepper, freshly ground
  • Salt - as required
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Chicken Tagliatelle:

    1. Heat the oil in a pan.
    2. In another pan, start boiling water.
    3. Mince the chicken or cut into very small pieces and fry it in oil.
    4. When the chicken is cooked, add the chopped leeks to the chicken and saute it for a while.
    5. Meanwhile, add the tagliatelle to the boiling water.
    6. Now add the stock to the chicken and leeks.
    7. After some time, add the milk, flour and stir it well.
    8. When the tagliatelle is cooked, add it to the stock mixture and toss the sauce well.
    9. Finally, add the green pepper, salt and pepper.
    10. Mix it well, serve it hot, with some grated parmesan cheese on top.
    11. Variations:
    12. For vegetarian option, leave the chicken and chicken stock, instead use vegetable stock and mushroom.
