Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken wings
  • or 1 - small size chicken
  • 3 tbsp - Kashmir chilli
  • 2 tbsp - yogurt
  • 1 tbsp - garlic/ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Tandoori color
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - oil

How to Make Chicken Tandoori

  • Wash and clean the chicken and pat it dry.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and marinate and keep for 1/2 hour.
  • Then grill.
