Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken wings
  • or 1 - small size Chicken
  • 3 tbsp - Kashmir chilli
  • 2 tbsp - yogurt
  • 1 tbsp - garlic/ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • Tandoori color
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Chicken Tandoori:

    1. Wash and clean the chicken and pat it dry.
    2. Add the rest of the ingredients and marinate and keep for 1/2 hour.
    3. Then grill.
