Ingredients

  • For marinade:
  • 1/2 kg - Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - kasuri Methi powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Vegetables for marination:
  • 1 - onion, diced
  • 1 - tomato, diced
  • 1 -capsicum, de-seeded and diced
  • How to Make Chicken Vegetable Tikka:

    1. Mix all the ingredients needed for the marinade together into a smooth paste.
    2. Marinate chicken with half of the marinade and the vegetables with the remaining half for 3-4 hours.
    3. Skewer the vegetables and chicken in a wooden skewer alternatively and grill. Serve hot with mint chutney.
