Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 1 kg
  • flour - 1 cup
  • 1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water
  • oil - 1 cup
  • For the Sauce:
  • soya sauce - 3 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • water - 1.5 cup

How to Make Chicken Wings

  • Clean, cut the chicken wings and apply salt to them.
  • After some time, dip the wings in the beaten eggs and then roll in the flour.
  • Fry the coated chicken wings and place them in a baking tray.
  • Mix all the ingredients mentioned below the sauce.
  • Bring to a boil and pour over the fried chicken wings.
  • Bake this in a pre-heated oven for an hour.
  • Remove once the sauce thickens and serve hot.
