  • 1 Chicken breast grilled
  • 1 cup - mixed greens
  • 1 tsp - blanched Almond slivers
  • 1 tsp - roasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup - blanched Asparagus
  • For Dressing:
  • 1 tsp - extra virgin Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli oil
  • For the Chilli Oil:
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder, saute in oil and keep aside to cool
  • 1 pinch of Brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • How to Make Chicken with Asaparagus Salad:

    1. In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients for the dressing, until smooth.
    2. Cut the chicken into long strips.
    3. Toss the greens with almonds, sesame seeds, and toss in half of the chicken too.
    4. Top it with the rest of the chicken and asparagus. Dress it up with the dressing before serving.
    5. For a vegetarian version, eave out the chicken and use the greens with the dressing.
