Ingredients

  • 500 g - Chicken fillets
  • 4 Cloves - Garlic
  • 10 - green beans
  • 20 - Basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - chilli paste
  • 3 tbsp - fish sauce (or salt to taste)
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • How to Make Chicken with Basil and Chilli:

    1. Slice the chicken. Chop the garlic. Cut beans into 1 cm pieces. Chop basil leaves.
    2. Heat oil in a wok, add the garlic and saute for a minute.
    3. Add chilli paste and saute some more.
    4. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    5. Add fish sauce (or salt), sugar and beans, and continue to stir-fry.
    6. Reduce the heat and add the basil leaves. Saute till done.
