Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 2 - capsicum cut into square pieces
  • 1 tsp - salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 2-3 tbsp - oil for cooking the chicken.
  • Grind together:
  • 1 cup - tomatoes
  • 2-3 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tsp - red chilli paste

How to Make Chicken with Capsicum and Tomatoes Sauce

  • Heat the oil in kadai, add the capsicum and fry it for 2 mins.
  • Add garlic paste and saute well.
  • Add the chicken, along with the salt and fry it for 5 mins.
  • Add the ground mixtures and cook on low heat, covered, until chicken is done.
  • Add pepper and simmer for some time.
  • Serve it with rice.
