How to Make Chicken with Cinnamon-Raisin Sauce

  • Heat oil briefly in a large skillet.
  • Add onion, cinnamon, pepper and garlic.
  • Cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 mins
  • Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
  • Add chicken and cook for about 5 mins on each side.
  • Add orange juice and raisins.
  • Cover and simmer over low heat about 10 mins.
  • Serve chicken with some of the onion-raisin mixture spooned on top.
  • Garnish with orange slices if desired.
