Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 3 - Onion - medium-sized (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 15-20 - Green chillies (whole)
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 1.5 cups - water
  • salt
  • How to Make Chicken With Green Chillies:

    1. First wash the chicken pieces and marinate it with salt.
    2. Heat the oil in a pan.
    3. Now fry the onion for sometime.
    4. Add ginger paste and again fry it for sometime.
    5. Now add the chicken and stir fry for 10-12 mins on a medium flame.
    6. Add water and cover the pan with lid to cook the chicken.
    7. When well done, add the whole green chillies and lemon juice and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
    8. After cooking keep it for 7-8 hours and then enjoy it with rice.
