Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 3 - Onion - medium-sized (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 15-20 - Green chillies (whole)
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 1.5 cups - water
  • salt

How to Make Chicken With Green Chillies

  • First wash the chicken pieces and marinate it with salt.
  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Now fry the onion for sometime.
  • Add ginger paste and again fry it for sometime.
  • Now add the chicken and stir fry for 10-12 mins on a medium flame.
  • Add water and cover the pan with lid to cook the chicken.
  • When well done, add the whole green chillies and lemon juice and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  • After cooking keep it for 7-8 hours and then enjoy it with rice.
