  • 4 - chicken breasts, skinned and boneless, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup - peanut butter
  • 1 - medium onion, sliced
  • 1.5 tbsp - oil
  • 4 cloves - garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp - light soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - curry paste
  • 1.25 cups - water

How to Make Chicken with Peanut Sauce

  • Saute the chicken in hot oil until it is well browned and tender. Keep aside.
  • Heat peanut butter in another pan and add onion and stir and cook until soft.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  • Add chicken stirring until hot.
  • Serve hot with rice or pasta.
