Ingredients

  • 500 g- chicken fillets
  • 1 clove - garlic
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - green peppers
  • 1 - fresh red chilli
  • 2 - onions
  • 1 tbsp - oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp - light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - fish sauce (or salt to taste)
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce

How to Make Chicken with Pepper and Chilli

  • Slice the chicken. Chop the garlic. Slice the peppers, chilli and onions.
  • Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and chicken, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Add onions, pepper and chilli, and stir-fry until the chicken is done.
  • Stir in the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce (or salt), and soy sauce.
  • Heat through and serve.
