Ingredients

  • 500 g- Chicken fillets
  • 1 Clove - Garlic
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - green peppers
  • 1 - fresh Red Chilli
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 tbsp - Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp - light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - fish sauce (or salt to taste)
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • How to Make Chicken with Pepper and Chilli:

    1. Slice the chicken. Chop the garlic. Slice the peppers, chilli and onions.
    2. Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and chicken, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
    3. Add onions, pepper and chilli, and stir-fry until the chicken is done.
    4. Stir in the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce (or salt), and soy sauce.
    5. Heat through and serve.
