  • Chicken - 1200 g
  • 1 tbsp - freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp - ginger powder
  • 1 tsp - garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp - yogurt
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Chicken with pepper

  • Cut chicken into small pieces.
  • Marinate the chicken in a mixture of ginger, garlic, yogurt and salt for about 1 hour 30 mins.
  • Stir well, cover pan and cook on low heat until chicken is done.
  • Increase heat, add pepper and cook, stirring occasionally until liquid has been absorbed completely.
  • Garnish with wedges of lemon.
