Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken, breast and leg pieces
  • 4-5 tsp - soya sauce
  • 4 tsp - Chinese cooking wine
  • 2-4 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • 2-4 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 pinch - ajinomoto salt
  • 2-4 tsp -vinegar
  • 1 - capsicum, grated
  • 20 g - Chicken sausage
  • 1 - tomato, grated
  • 2 - onions, grated
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste, Schezwan sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Celery for garnishing
  • How to Make Chicken with sausage:

    1. Cut the chicken into medium pieces.
    2. Marinate with vinegar, garlic, ajinomoto, soya sauce, tomato sauce, and chilli sauce for 30 mins.
    3. Meanwhile, fry the chicken sausage slightly for 1-2 mins.
    4. Sprinkle some black pepper on it.
    5. Heat oil in a frying pan and saute 1 garlic flake.
    6. Now add the marinated chicken and cook until brown.
    7. Add the Chinese cooking wine and vinegar and remove the cooked chicken from the pan. Keep aside.
    8. Now cook the vegetables - capsicum, tomatoes and onions till they soften.
    9. Add the cooked chicken to it.
    10. Then add the sauce and the cooked sausage to this.
    11. Microwave this mix for 2 mins.
    12. Garnish with finely chopped celery leaves.
    13. Serve hot with noodles.
