Ingredients

  • Chicken- 1.25 lbs
  • Tandoor masala - 3.5 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Onion - 3 ( medium size )
  • Ginger - 1.5 inch
  • Garlic - 10 flakes
  • Green chilli - 6
  • Tomato - 1 small
  • Cooking oil - 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Sour Cream - 4 to 5 tbsp
  • How to Make Chicken with Sour Cream:

    1. Cut chicken into small pieces, wash and dab dry with paper towels.
    2. Chop onions, garlic and green chillies. Grate the ginger.
    3. Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces.
    4. Heat pan and add oil.
    5. Add garlic and stir until golden brown.
    6. Add onions and green chillies till it becomes golden brown.
    7. Mix tomato and ginger and stir fry for a few seconds.
    8. Add chicken and stir for a few minutes.
    9. Add tandoor masala and salt and stir until chicken starts releasing water.
    10. Then cover it for few minutes and cook.
    11. Add 1/2 cup water to form a gravy.
    12. When the chicken is cooked, take off heat and add 4 to 5 tbsp of sour cream.
    13. Serve with the rotis.
