Ingredients

  • Chicken- 1.25 lbs
  • Tandoor masala - 3.5 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Onion - 3 ( medium size )
  • Ginger - 1.5 inch
  • Garlic - 10 flakes
  • Green chilli - 6
  • Tomato - 1 small
  • Cooking oil - 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Sour Cream - 4 to 5 tbsp

How to Make Chicken with Sour Cream

  • Cut chicken into small pieces, wash and dab dry with paper towels.
  • Chop onions, garlic and green chillies. Grate the ginger.
  • Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces.
  • Heat pan and add oil.
  • Add garlic and stir until golden brown.
  • Add onions and green chillies till it becomes golden brown.
  • Mix tomato and ginger and stir fry for a few seconds.
  • Add chicken and stir for a few minutes.
  • Add tandoor masala and salt and stir until chicken starts releasing water.
  • Then cover it for few minutes and cook.
  • Add 1/2 cup water to form a gravy.
  • When the chicken is cooked, take off heat and add 4 to 5 tbsp of sour cream.
  • Serve with the rotis.
