  • 600 g - chicken, skinless and boneless
  • 7 tbsp - corn starch
  • 100 g - leaves of spinach
  • 2 -eggs
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • 5 -cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp -vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 cup -water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water

How to Make Chicken With Spinach Starch

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Add 1 egg, salt, cornstarch into a chicken and then fry it.
  • Add some oil in a pan and saute some garlic.
  • Add some boiled spinach leaves, vinegar, sugar, and green chilli paste and boil with some water.
  • Thicken it with cornstarch.
  • Add the chicken into it and one beaten egg.
  • Before serving pour vinegar on top.
