  • 1 cup -til
  • 3/4 cup - powdered Jaggery
  • 1/2 tsp - powdered cardamom.

How to Make Chigali

  • In a heavy bottomed pan, dry roast til until it turns lightly brown and in a blender, coarsely powder the roasted til.
  • Empty the til into a mixing bowl and add powdered jaggery, cardamom and mix well.
  • Take a spoon full and mould into laddus with the palm and store in airtight container.
