Ingredients

  • 1 cup -til
  • 3/4 cup - powdered Jaggery
  • 1/2 tsp - powdered cardamom.
  • How to Make Chigali:

    1. In a heavy bottomed pan, dry roast til until it turns lightly brown and in a blender, coarsely powder the roasted til.
    2. Empty the til into a mixing bowl and add powdered jaggery, cardamom and mix well.
    3. Take a spoon full and mould into laddus with the palm and store in airtight container.
