Ingredients

  • 1 brick - vanilla ice-cream
  • 1/2 cup - Cream
  • 1 - big chikoo, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 3 - big chikoos; peeled, deseeded and made into a pulp
  • How to Make Chikoo Ice- Cream:

    1. Cut the vanilla ice-cream into slices.
    2. Add the cream and churn with a hand blender until soft and fluffy.
    3. Add the chikoo pulp and pieces. Mix well.
    4. Set in the freezer.
